1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Teleprompter Cam: Video Script (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
4. YOUR CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for the scripts you create and the videos you record and share using the App. You retain ownership of your content. You agree not to use the App to create, record, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights or privacy of others. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording or sharing footage of other people.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, bypass its limitations, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the Service Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability. We do not warrant that the App will be error‑free or uninterrupted.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data (including scripts or recordings), arising from your use of or inability to use the App. You are responsible for backing up any content that is important to you.
9. APPLE APP STORE TERMS
These Terms are between you and the Service Provider only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent the App is obtained through the App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), and Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them.
10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you will end, and you should stop using and delete the App.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or state of residence, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law provisions, except where superseded by applicable mandatory law.
